Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays. If you need your order to ship on a different day, please email us and we will be happy to accommodate you to the best of our ability. 

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. We can do exchanges or store credit only - there are no refunds.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if there is an issue and we will do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.

If something doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, please reach out to us here with your order number and a description of the problem.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: We cannot cover the shipping costs of returns/exchanges. 

 

Holiday/Birthday Shipping

Holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times are out of our control.

If you need your item by ANY specific date or have special packaging instructions, please contact us directly to coordinate! We will be happy to work with you to the best of our ability!

We assure you we do our best on our end to meet your time-sensitive needs, but after the parcel is in USPS custody it is in *their* hands! 

Haven't received your order yet? Or only received part of your order?

First things first, check the tracking information that came in your shipping confirmation e-mail!

If your tracking number says the order has arrived but it isn't in your mailbox, check with your postal worker and your neighbors and give it at least 24 hours--sometimes the orders are marked "delivered" prematurely on the USPS site, but won't show up for several days after the fact. (It sounds wild, but believe us, we receive a lot of boxes! It's true!)

If you have done the above to no avail, please contact us with your order number and we will do our best to clarify and assist you!

Please bear in mind that we have no control over the package after USPS picks it up.

Wondering why your order is still in pre-shipment status?

There may be a number of reasons for this:

1. Your order may contain an item that has been unexpectedly delayed or out of stock. We will contact you directly if this is the case to show you similar items to the one you ordered, cancel the item purchased, or see if you are willing to wait for the item to be restocked.

2. Your order has been packed/labeled, but has yet to be picked up by USPS or dropped off at the post office.

3. Your order has been picked up by USPS, but hasn't been scanned into their system yet.

Order lost, damaged, or stolen? 

In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is somehow defective or damaged en route, please contact us so we can resolve this with store credit, or replacement!

 

Rates

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from Nashville, TN. Rates are based on weight and distance the order will travel with a markup to cover the cost of the mailer and insurance for your order should it get lost.

We can switch your preferred shipping method if you e-mail us directly within 24hrs of placing your order to coordinate. Additional rates may apply!

 

Adding items to orders/Combining orders

Forgot something? Please place a separate order and contact us within 24 hours to combine it with your previous order. We will refund the shipping difference.

Want to combine orders? Contact us! We will refund you the difference, but you may not save much on shipping, though, as rates are weight-based.

Delivery time

Your package will ship from Nashville, TN. We pack orders on Tuesdays. You should receive your tracking information within seven business days after placing your order.
